My first thought on seeing the thumbnail for this: Doggy!
Well, let me explain. Your figure stands out and pretty much always warrants further attention (the details! The details!) so it is almost filtered out from the first impression.
Same goes for the background, at least in thumbs - short notice of color and texture before looking for specials.
Here it's the dog.
On opening the picture I found that it's closer to a wolf, so maybe a recolored German Shepherd or something along the lines of a Husky?
And though Husky would explain blue eyes, they don't glow (at least not at our neighbors Husky. Adorable little beast). So recoloring did happen. Hmm - Mysteries as usual with your pictures!
So, the background? Blue-greyish swirly mist, hints of a landscape with trees and hills. Fitting for the theme of a hunt, and "kinda" drawing a line to The Wild Hunt of medieval folklore.
Which also fits the lyrics from Within Temptation...
You then. A very shapely dress - I imagine it to be kinda distracting for a real hunt but that would well speak for a wild hunt of ethereal beings.
And those highlights from the jewelry add another nice otherworldly or magical glow, further imposed by your expression which seems kinda "lady looking at lowly serfs" or -to stay with the otherworldly- "puny humans".
